Menu Pricing Options
Here are some example menus I have put together for previous clients.
Please contact me for more information and customization of your preferred menu.
( All Menus include: Salad, Appetizer, hors d'oeuvres (or an aperitif) and Dinner. Deserts are available for a small up charge )
If you do want to add a dessert course add 10 per person. Additional courses can be discussed and added if so desired but a four course meal will take roughly 4-5 hours from start to finish ( including chat time etc.)

Platinum Menu
A four course detail oriented paired meal including wine pairings that is presented with a traditional French plated experience.
All ingredients will be at a bare minimum sourced from local farms and proteins will be of at least an A83 rated Wagyu for beef and line caught, sustainable practiced seafood options. With the inclusion of 2 glasses of wine per person per course, this is the crème de la crème.
I will need at least 2 week notice in order to get the proteins shipped from Japan for the wagyu.

Gold Menu
Same option as our Platinum menu but with a few slight changes.
Proteins will be sourced from Mcyntire Farms in Caldwell ( a non hormone, grass fed, family owned and operated farm) and seafood from the Co-op. A definite treat in its self and a great way to support our local farmers and families.

Silver Menu
This option is great for a first time experience as we can do a larger format plating ( EG a Beef Wellington center plated and trayed appetizers and large format salad) All produce and proteins will be sourced from Fred Meyers or Albertsons. For a small increase I can source soley from the CO-OP if you would like to keep it local. I can also produce the same plated experience with a lighter focus on formal presentation with this menu as well.
