Hi, Im Chef Nathan Lewin

A bit about my background, I graduated culinary school in 2002 with a degree in traditional French culinary styles. I have a ton of experience in food preparation of different locales, anything from Brazilian cuisine to Lebanese and Korean and everything in between. I cooked all over the southwest under some of the most prestigious chefs at the time until I found my real talent with wine knowledge and sales, when I made the transition from the kitchen to table side. I have a fun demeanor and am very tactful at speaking with people. I can also perform close up magic if the need comes up for a larger party.
